Neighborhood Activities

John, who is retired, works on modified race cars that use dirt tracks. John says it is a great hobby.

DeDe spends time walking the neighborhood and picking up trash.

Dennis walks his dogs, Mollie and Loki, each three miles a day. Along the way he picks up sticks.

Marta, who is a Tri-Athlete, is preparing for the upcoming season. She says that Nebraska, Colorado, and California are the three most popular sites in the county. Good luck, Marta!

Jim routinely does 6 laps around the boulevard on Lafayette, which is equivalent to 2 miles. He does this in all types of weather, but is looking forward to T-shirt time.

Robert, of Lafayette Avenue, has been in the neighborhood since 1972. Recently he was observed cleaning up his yard with his 9 year old grandson, Lakar. They were both excited that their names were going to be in the newsletter and will read the newsletter together.

Wendy and her son, Toby, are off to California to visit her daughter, Lilly and to granddaughters, Leone Blue & Juniper. Wendy refers to them as her Grandberries.

Tony recently played in a golf tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a golf instructor in Council Bluffs.

Jeff and Ben were observed out for a bike ride.
